[Video] Robert Voltmann, FIATA Secretary General, Criticizes India’s Dubious Visa Policy

The Indian government was recently criticized for its lies and visa policy at the recent annual FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) Congress in New Delhi.  Robert A. Voltmann, FIATA’s secretary general (SG), said that it was the first instance that an SG and not the president was addressing the Congress because India refused to give visa to Babar Badat, FIATA president, from Pakistan. He further criticized the Indian government by saying, “The Indian government says it has given a visa, but it has not. The Indian government has decided to interject their politics into FIATA by denying a visa to our duly elected president simply because he is a Pakistani… We reject this action by the Indian government.”
